RESPECT LIFE |
Mission
The Mission of the Queen of Peace Respect Life Group is, to Respect, Protect and Defend Life from Conception to Natural Death.
Respect Life Holy Hour
The Respect Life Holy Hour will be held Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed and the Rosary will be prayed. The Holy Hour will close with Eucharistic Benediction. All are invited |
Goals:
To educate and raise awareness among Queen of Peace parishioners relative to issues concerning life for the disabled, the elderly, the unborn and the marginalized.

To promote family life in light of the Church’s teachings on the family.

To promote compassion and forgiveness for victims of abortion in light of God’s infinite mercy.

To pray for all life issues through
adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and the rosary.

To educate parish youth on the
Sanctity of Life.

To support and promote Pro-Life
legislation and candidates.
